Extruss 150
Originating in ancient timber architecture, truss structures evolved after the 19th-century Industrial Revolution into essential structural systems for metal bridges such as the Golden Gate Bridge, steel structures such as the Eiffel Tower, exhibition and stage systems, and today even drone stations and space-station truss structures.
However, truss manufacturing has remained largely dependent on traditional processes—cutting, assembly, welding, bolting, and riveting—for more than 200 years.
Extruss transforms this outdated manufacturing paradigm. Through a special cross-sectional extrusion–cutting–tensioning process, Extruss simultaneously performs bending and elongation to create a weld-free, jointless, integrated truss structure.
By reducing complex steps such as assembly, welding, distortion correction, and non-destructive inspection, Extruss improves production efficiency, minimizes quality variation at connection points, and enhances structural reliability.
By eliminating welding-related heat, fumes, post-processing, and energy-intensive procedures, Extruss also supports eco-friendly carbon reduction and represents a next-generation process innovation platform for truss manufacturing.
Our trusses, crafted from high-strength aluminum alloy 6061 T6, boast excellent durability, offering robust and long-lasting structures to meet the diverse nees of our clients. The surface of the truss is treated with anodizing plating, preventing corrosion and resistant to scratches.
